Class Schedule : Tuesday/Thurs 8:30am-11:30am EKG-101 Introduction to EKG Anatomy and Physiology Students will learn the anatomy and physiology of the heart as it relates to the use of an EKG. EKG-102 Taking an ECG/EKG Students will define and pronounce the terms in the vocabulary and text pertaining to electrocardiography, explain the cardiac cycle, describe how to monitor an EKG as well all other various vocabulary and steps that are required for this subject. EKG-103 Electrocardiography The Electrocardiography course will require the students to demonstrate proficiency in communicating proper preparation of the patient for electrocardiography and in preparing the room and equipment. As well as learning the various terminology associated with this subject.
